The organizational culture
Between 2002 and 2014, the CCLK invested significant resources in building a framework that will empower current and future young leaders with leadership and managerial competence and to adopt a culture built on integrity, honesty, credibility, and accountability. In addition, young leaders were encouraged to study at higher education with the help of our scholarship grants, which supported the former vice-chairman at the University of The Gambia, the former social secretary, and the former president (also former CCLK school administrator), at Gambia Technical Training Institute, seen in this photo.

To preserve our cultural values, the constitution developed and used to register the organization with the Registrar General, Ministry of Justice, in 2002, requires the organization and its leaders to conduct business ethically and professionally, carrying out independent financial audits.
