What we do

Fr. Tony Sonko

Personal Development

Reverend Father Anthony Sonko presented a certificate at one of our events to one of the many young people our programs helped develop. He dropped out of school early; we sent him to the nation's leading college, Gambia Technical Training Institute, and he became an electrician. Worked for the National Water and Electricity Company, later picked up a job at the same training institute, continued studying there, and was later employed as a professor. He has served as an executive member of our organization for years with a lot of dedication and commitment

Volunteering

Volunteering provides young people the opportunity to learn leadership skills through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating events, travels, and projects. In addition, we provided mentoring, training, and development, and trusted them with handling leadership tasks to build their confidence and skills

Networking

Our networking skills enabled us to access vital information and resources, build relationships, and develop partnerships. Networking also creates opportunities for young people to learn from peers, exchange ideas, and participate in project problem-solving.
